Tree Menders provides tree care services including tree removal, pruning, trimming, cutting, planting, stump grinding and removal, arborist consultations and related services. The scope of any job is defined in the estimate or agreement provided to you.
Estimates and pricing
Estimates are provided free of charge and are based on the information available at the time of assessment. Final pricing may vary if site conditions, access or scope differ from what was assessed. We will discuss any material changes with you before proceeding.
Permits and bylaws
Many municipalities require permits before a tree can be removed, even on private property. Where you engage us to do so, we will assist with the applicable permit process. You remain responsible for ensuring work on your property complies with local bylaws.
Access and site conditions
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the work area and to inform us of any known hazards, underground utilities or property lines. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions not disclosed to us.
Liability
We carry insurance and take every reasonable precaution to perform work safely. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Payment
